Every piece designed is handcrafted and custom-made just for you! 

Your order will be shipped within 5-10 days. 

A confirmation ​email will be sent to you with invoice & shipping details with any additional questions is necessary.

Handmade Disclaimer

The following is true for all handmade products:

Skillfully created by hand, slight variation may occur in color, size and design enhancing individual artistic character of each piece. Though our photography tends to very accurate, color discrepancies may occur due to the setting of your computer screen. We do not offer any warranty on the handmade products past our standard return policy deadline, especially on jewelry and personal items.

Cancelling / Modifying an Order

Unfortunately once your order is placed it cannot be changed, cancelled or modified in any way.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notification confirming your shipment with a tracking number

Your privacy is important to us. Returns Exchanges & Refunds


Our policy lasts 15  days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, then your exchange will be processed.  If the return is not accepted, the products will be returned to you at our expense and you will not have any right to seek compensation or reimbursement. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary according to your country of destination


If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
